Sublimation Design on Cotton Fabric 

Subli-White is a cut vinyl-like material on which you can do Sublimation transfer by cutting the design out and applying it with a heat press on Cotton T-shirts or Cotton/Polyester blended T-shirts.  It gives vivid and vibrant images on your T-shirts.

1. Sublimation transfer and Cutting
Sublimation transfer on Subli-White with the design prepared transfer paper.  Cut the design with scissors or a plotter, and then apply the heat press.  When you use a plotter machine for cutting, you will need to apply contour cutting along the design.

2. Poltter cutting and Sublimation transfer
Plotter-cut the design and then apply a heat-press onto the T-shirts.  Next Sublimation transfer the prepared design paper.
Use a cover sheet made to fit the design, as to prevent contamination of the Sublimation inks around the image.  Nevertheless, it is recommended to use it only for dark base color garments.
