Subli-White is a cut vinyl-like material on which you can Sublimation transfer and cut and heat press on Cotton T-shirts.  It gives vivid and vibrant images on your garments.

Contour Cutting :
This is a brief video on how to use Subli-White film with Contour cutting on the plotter.
We used Graphtec CE6000-60 Plus and Cutting Master 2.  Add registration marks that will allow Cutting Master 2 to align the cut contour with the printed job.  Below is the process.

1. Sublimation transfer the design on the Subli-White film at 195-200C for about 25-30 seconds.
2. Output the contour part of the design to the plotter.
3. Reading registration marks to align cut contour with the printed job.
4. Plotter begins to contour cut desired image.
5. Weed the design.
6. Heat transfer at 150~160C for 8~10 seconds
